Our trailer winch cover covers have been crafted from robust, waterproof fabrics. These covers will safeguard your winches from rain, snow, sun, wind and dirt. They effectively block UV rays and, while protecting the winch from harmful rays, do not fade or get cracked on exposure to the sun. The fabrics resist tearing and abrasions and stay strong even when battling the onslaught of roadside debris.
These polyester winch covers provide a perfect fit for a wench of 17.5” (H) X 6.5” (W) X 12.5” (D) dimensions. We offer three types of fabrics for different weather conditions. Cover Fab is great for shaded and semi-shaded areas and is made from 600 denier melange PVB backing polyester. Coming with a 12 Oz graphic weight, this lightweight cover feels like fabric in texture. It offers a choice of two colours and a warranty of 3 years.
Our Cover Max and Cover Tuff fabrics are 1000 denier, PVC-coated polyester materials. They are of moderate weight at 12 Oz and 18 Oz graphic, respectively. Cover Max is ideal for moderate weather, whereas Cover Tuff is ideal for strong and harsh climatic conditions. Cover Max offers six colours and a 3-year warranty, while Cover Tuff has five colour options and comes with a warranty of 5 years. These Warn Winch covers have high UV resistance and hence continue to look like new for longer.
Elastic Tie-Downs Give Additional Security To Custom Winch Cover
High roads and fast-blowing winds can blow off your polyester winch cover if they are not securely tied. To keep them firmly in place and secure, a strong and durable elastic is fitted at the hem of the winch cover.
