Excellent product it lost a star because the way of responding to queries is rather clunky and thus annoying if thos were better it would be a 5 - however product is excellent andni am already thinking of getting them to make some new specific covers for some other things I need to protect

Heavy duty

Great heavy duty cover. Fits perfectly over my sectional and easily covers the outdoor coffee table too. Looking forward to see how this holds up through the years.

Great qualify, perfect fit

Our previous cover was a simple tarp, which was baggy and always blew off in high winds despite tying it down. This cover is streets ahead in terms of quality and nice an snug, meaning we shouldn't even require a drawstring!

Custom couch cover

Thanks for your patience with the process. Outdoor couch cover arrived and the unusual shape fitted although a bit big, it's doing the job. The stitching and way it's made and the straps are perfect.

We have a Vondom Set that is large together with a coffee table set. I wanted to have one overall cover to protect it from dust, dirt and pollen. After some back and forth with the design team, we were able to get the full dimensions confirmed. It was a fairly fast process after this and the cover fits and provides the protection we were looking for.

Quality cover. I have had numerous cheap garden furniture covers, that rip off the 1st sign of a strong wind. Very thick quality material. The straps secure very tightly to the legs of the furniture.

I know it was only a rectangle I ordered so was not too worried about the measurements, but I was extremely pleased that the cover fitted everything I had to go under it very comfortably. The material was better than I had expected and was quite weighty as was not at all thin. This is quality indeed. Loved the colour of the blue and this should last me for years. Straps are useless- no grip on plastic clips which means the strap simple re-extends after tightening with the slightest pressure. Waste of time - having to replace. Main cover feels good and seems well made. Needs a winter outside before I can rate it fully.
